Some good morning, buddy — this is Halifax, and we have stories.
Well, this past week down at City Hall, it’s been all about that big Cogswell Interchange redevelopment. It’s some good to finally see some movement on a project that’s been kicked around like a lost hockey puck since I was a lad.
### The Cogswell Conversation
Everyone, and I mean *everyone*, from the folks having a coffee at Steve-O-Reno's to the fellas down at the docks, they’re all chatting about what this means for our city. It's not just a few new buildings, my son; it’s about how we move around, how we connect the waterfront to the north end, and what kind of Halifax we're building for the future. You can feel the buzz, some good.
There's some good talk about how it’ll change the skyline, sure, but I’m listening for the quiet whispers about the nitty-gritty – the traffic flow, the green spaces, and if there’ll be a proper spot for a donair truck in all the new plans. That’s what really matters to us, isn’t it?
Some good morning, buddy — this is Halifax, and we have stories.
