What's up with all this plumbing talk, Philly?
Listen, City Hall is always doing somethin' behind the scenes, or nah? And I'm not even gonna hold you, lookin' at the latest jawn from the development activity, it's all about plumbing. Like, seriously, every single permit listed is for "Plumbing" or "PP_PLUMBNG." I'm talkin' about it's the *only* thing listed right now.
**What's Flowing in Development?**
* **Plumbing Permits:** All of 'em, according to the latest data.
* **Residential Building:** N/A – which is weird, 'cause don't you need plumbing for new houses, or nah?
Now, I ain't got the specifics on *where* these permits are or for what exact projects, but it's clear the wooder lines are on somebody's mind down at City Hall. Makes you wonder if it's maintenance, a lot of upgrades in old rowhomes, or somethin' bigger that ain't hittin' the "Residential Building" category yet. You know how these things go – one jawn leads to another.
We gotta keep an eye on this. Are they fixin' up the infrastructure? Or is it just a backlog of folks tryin' to get their pipes right before winter hits hard? That's the jawn, Philly — we don't do fake out here.
